A U.S. senator on Tuesday attempted to dodge reporters' questions about the Republican health care bill -- but they caught up to him anyway.
Business Insider reported that Sen. Jerry Moran (R-KS) was photographed jumping across the Senate subway tracks when he was confronted by reporters.
Moran and Sen. Mike Lee (R-UT) both announced this week that they would not vote for the Senate bill to repeal and replace Obamacare, effectively killing the legislation.
