A pregnant woman was subjected to racist threats while taking a walk in her Dearborn Heights neighborhood.

Mikea Eberhart, a nurse and mother of three, took a walk Sunday morning with her two children in hopes of inducing labor after experiencing contractions as she approaches her due date, reported WJBK-TV.

She started recording video after a truck driver pulled alongside and started hurling racial slurs.

"I was walking up the street, me and my two kids, (and) a truck pulls up and says, 'N**ger, n**ger, n**ger,'" Eberhart told the TV station.

Then a woman sitting on the front porch of a nearby home began shouting slurs and profanity as Eberhart recorded video on her phone.

"Get the f*ck off our block," the woman says, after daring Eberhart to step on her grass and then shouting a racial slur.

Eberhart said she wants the woman to be prosecuted for racial intimidation.

“Racism still exists and it’s very serious and it’s right in your neighborhood,” she said. “It’s very diverse here now, (but) for her to make that scene, it was surprising to me because I never encountered something like that.”

Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
