Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore's gun-waving antics may have bought him an endorsement from the National Rifle Association.

As Ashley Balcerzak of the Center for Public Integrity revealed on Twitter, the NRA spent more than $54,000 on postcards attacking Doug Jones, Moore's Democratic opponent.

Media Matters noted the organization appears to only be openly supporting two other candidates besides Moore: "a Republican in an Oklahoma State Legislature special election, and a Republican in the Tennessee General Assembly special election."
