Leading Donald Trump supporter Roseanne Barr was publicly shamed by the family of Margot Kidder, the Superman actress who passed away on Monday.

It started as a reply to a tweet by the conservative comedienne, by Dr. Orion Ussner Kidder, the actress's nephew, who is an adjunct professor of English at Simon Fraser University.

"Take comfort in knowing she loathed everything you’ve come to stand for," he posted.

A comment in reply to Barr's tweet wasn't enough for Dr. Kidder, who posted an additional comment on his own Twitter feed.

"I’m her nephew. We were close. I don’t even need to check to know she f*cking hated what you’ve turned into," Dr. Kidder explained. "Get her name out of your fascist mouth."

"White-supremacist/patriarchal capitalism (né colonialism) are the structural underpinning of today’s sh*tty world," he continued. "Get active!"

He had one final message for the Trump-supporting actress.

"I’m taking great comfort in the fact that my aunt Margie would have loved that I got to directly tell Roseanne Barr to fuck right off," Dr. Kidder noted.

NOTE: An earlier version of this story identified Dr. Kidder as a professor. The article was updated to clarify that he is an adjunct professor.
