A man in Oregon has been arrested for allegedly paying a woman for sex, and then threatening her while demanding a refund.

Timothy J. Freeman, 31, was arrested for attempted theft by extortion, attempted coercion, prostitution and invasion of personal privacy, according to OregonLive.

A woman told police that Freeman paid her in cash after an encounter at his home. But two weeks later, he allegedly claimed he had video of them having sex and threatened "there would be consequences" if he didn't receive a $100 refund.

The woman feared that Freeman would release the recording, and she told police she had not consented to be videotaped.

Freeman was booked into the Jackson County Jail.
