Sen. Jeff Flake (R-AZ) has confirmed he will vote yes to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The Arizona Republican told reporters Friday morning that he would vote in favor of President Donald Trump's nominee, unless "something big changes," after he helped engineer a weeklong delay in the nomination process for an FBI investigation.
Flake, who is retiring when his term ends in January, called for a renewed background check of Kavanaugh after three women came forward to accuse him of sexual assault.
