Florida woman sorry after hurling the N-word during dispute over loud music

A Florida woman who was caught on video using a racial slur during an argument at a restaurant drive-thru is now apologizing, WCTV reports.

Shawn White says she was upset because the customer's music was so loud that it shook her home, so she approached the customer's car.

"A car pulled in and there were several cars behind it, and it was playing really loud offensive music," White said, adding that when she asked for the music to be turned down, the customer replied, "F you, B."

As the argument continued, White can heard using the N-word towards the female customer -- a word she now regrets.

"I apologize to the citizens of Madison for what happened, and we all need to start treating each other with respect," said White.
