Mike Huckabee floats conspiracy theory about Trump -- and ends up looking ridiculous

Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee was ridiculed on Saturday after his apparent failure at reading comprehension formed the basis for him to push a conspiracy theory about former President Donald Trump.

"70% of Georgians said they would vote for Trump in 2024, and 55.5% disapprove of the job Biden is doing. Makes you wonder how Biden could have won Georgia, but you'd better not wonder that out loud," Huckabee posted to Twitter.

Georgia Public Broadcasting political reporter Stephen Fowler tracked down the source of the numbers the former Arkansas governor cited, which was not included in Huckabee's tweet.

It turns out that Huckabee was citing a Trafalgar poll of Republican primary voters.
