ALBANY, N.Y. — A measure approving the use of state funds to pay for the ongoing impeachment investigation into Gov. Andrew Cuomo and a potential trial got the green light Thursday as lawmakers wrapped up the legislative session. The bill, signed by the embattled governor late Friday, would grant lawmakers access to $156.9 million in money currently set aside to settle lawsuits against the state.
