Republican 2016 frontrunner Donald Trump's personal physician released a health assessment of the presidential hopeful on Monday.

The letter published on Trump's campaign website from Dr. Harold N. Bornstein reads almost like promotional copy from a brochure advertising a new Trump golf course and casino resort.

"Mr. Trump recently had a complete medical exam and showed only positive results," Bornstein wrote. The real estate mogul and former reality TV star's blood pressure and other lab results "were astonishingly excellent."

"His physical strength and stamina are extraordinary," the glowing report continued. "His only surgery was an appendectomy at age ten. His cardiovascular status is excellent. He has no history of ever using alcohol or tobacco products."

"If elected, Mr. Trump will, I can state unequivocally, will be the healthiest individual ever elected to the presidency," the letter concluded.

Bornstein's claim that Trump has never had surgery would appear to contradict a report that he had a painful surgical scalp reduction to shrink the diameter of his bald spot.

"Your f*cking doctor has ruined me!" he reportedly raged at then-wife Ivana Trump before brutally attacking her and sexually assaulting her in retaliation for recommending the surgeon.

Trump vehemently denied the story, which was published in The Lost Tycoon by Harry Hurt III. Hurt's book was based on court papers from the couple's contentious divorce.
