Bill Clinton responds to Bernie Sanders' hecklers: 'They will be toast by Election Day'

Former President Bill Clinton didn't hold back his feelings Sunday at an East Los Angeles campaign rally for Hillary Clinton when Bernie Sanders' supporters heckled him.

According to a tweet from Fox News Latino contributor Fin Gomez, Clinton responded, saying, "If I were them, I’d be screaming too because they know they will be toast by election day."

President Clinton and Sen. Sanders were thought to possibly have formed a truce. last week that both men refrained from attacking the other, as they have done in the past.

This isn't the only rally this week the former president has encountered angry people. A woman cursed at Clinton this week about his 1994 crime bill, shouting, "Hey, Clinton, f*ck you!"
