'Who are you again?' Trump campaign official takes shot at 'loser' ex-Freedom Caucus chair

A senior advisor and co-campaign manager for Donald Trump's successful presidential campaign took a swipe Wednesday night at an outgoing Virginia Republican who found himself at odds with the president-elect — and was the recipient of a primary loss by a Trump-backed candidate.

Former Rep. Bob Good (R-VA) lost his seat in Congress when he was defeated in a June primary by state senator John McGuire, who eeked out a victory by just 370 votes. After his defeat, Good stepped down as Freedom Caucus chair in September.

During the campaign, Trump made no secret he was no fan of Good's. The Trump campaign's official X account posted a video of the former president urging Virginians to vote for McGuire.

"John is running against Bob Good, who is actually bad for Virginia, and who will stab you in the back like he did me," Trump said in the video.

The dust-up appeared to stem from Good's endorsing of Gov. Ron DeSantis over Trump following Trump's indictment in New York in his hush-money case. Good later switched his endorsement when DeSantis dropped out of the race.

On Tuesday, Good appeared to take a swipe at Trump's flirtation with adding Canada as a 51st state.

"Yeah…adding Canada into the electoral mix makes a lot of sense…about the same population as California, but even more radically socialist," he wrote on X.

That post became the subject of scorn late Wednesday from outspoken Trump campaign manager Chris LaCivita, who dragged the former congressman on X.

"wait ? who are you again ? oh yea i remember …a loser. Good riddance !" LaCivita shot back.
