CNN's Phil Mudd: Trump has the temperament of a 4th grader, judgment of a 3rd grader and intellect of a 5th grader

Veteran Journalist Bob Woodward released excerpts from his book revealing the dysfunction of President Donald Trump's White House.

On Tuesday, Ex-CIA officer Phil Mudd said that book reveals what most people already thought about Trump during a panel discussion with CNN's Wolf Blitzer.

"It's beyond stunning. In his latest book, Bob Woodward presents a devastating look behind the scenes of the Trump White House," Blitzer said. "Top members of the president's inner circle speak very bluntly about the dysfunction, the chaos stemming from what they portray as the president's ignorance and erratic behavior."

One claim in the book is that Trump has the intelligence of a 5th grader. Mudd agreed with the claim.

"The president has the temperament of a fourth grader, the judgment of a third grader and the intellect of a fifth grader," Mudd said.
