Colbert: 'What in the world does a nun know about sex?'

Stephen Colbert took some time Tuesday evening to discuss the growing rift between the Vatican and American Catholic nuns, including a new book by a nun named Sister Margaret Farley that discusses sex.

"What in the world does a nun know about sex?" Colbert asked. "That would be like an ultimate fighting DVD released by the Dali Lama. He's kicking ass and taking namastes."

After analyzing line saying that masturbation was a "great good in self-pleasuring," Colbert added: "Is that how you help the poor, by teaching them to masturbate? I'm sorry, but the guy in my subway car had it down, no help."
