'Mirror mirror on the wall who's the loser of them all?" Florida lawmaker trashes DeSantis

Ron DeSantis has failed his Republican base and the general electorate, and people in his own state are starting to see that, a Florida lawmaker said on Friday on The ReidOut.

Appearing on MSNBC, Florida state Rep. Anna V. Eskamani (D) was asked by the host if she thought DeSantis was taking an "internal hit" among members of the GOP in Florida, where he has already implemented a wildly unpopular six-week abortion ban.

"Mirror, mirror, on the wall, who's the loser of them all?" Eskamani opened. "I mean, DeSantis has not only failed his Republican base, but he failing the general electorate."

Eskamani added that "these positions that he's taken, a six-week abortion ban, it's so extreme that people don't even know that they're pregnant yet at that point."

"Not only is it unpopular in our state, it's unpopular in the country. More and more Floridians are starting to realize that this guy is a performance, and not even paying for."
