ALBANY, N.Y. — The independent investigators hired by Attorney General Letitia James’ office to probe sexual harassment claims against Gov. Andrew Cuomo have wide-ranging powers and are being paid a pretty penny for their work, internal documents obtained by the Daily News reveal. James tasked Joon Kim, former acting U.S attorney for New York’s Southern District, and employment discrimination attorney Anne Clark to lead the inquiry last month as accusations against the embattled governor piled up.
