Donald Trump, Jr. tweets video imagining CNN’s Jim Acosta being violently run over

The twitter beef between allies of President Donald Trump and CNN's Jim Acosta escalated again on Thursday when the president's son broadcast on social media a video imagining physical harm being inflicted on the White House correspondent.

Earlier in the day, Acosta was mentioned on Twitter by White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, eldest son Donald Trump, Jr -- and even the Commander-in-Chief himself.

Acosta seemed to put the issue to bed with a hilarious video showing the safety next to a section of open border -- where the Trump administration has claimed there is a crisis.

But Trump, Jr. then retweeted a video imagining Acosta being violently run over by a golf cart:

In 2017, Donald Trump, Sr. tweeted a video imagining him beating up a CNN reporter.
