New FBI video shows Capitol attacker spraying police in staging ground with fire extinguisher
Among the Capitol insurrection suspects, the FBI is looking for is a man who attacked the police staging ground beside the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6
A video released by the FBI on Thursday shows a man holding a fire extinguisher that he dangles over the metal railing over a group of police below. He continues to spray officers as they move away.
"The FBI is asking for the public's help in identifying 10 individuals suspected of being involved in some of the most violent attacks on officers who were protecting the U.S. Capitol and our democratic process on January 6," said Steven M. D'Antuono, assistant director in charge of the FBI's Washington Field Office, in a statement. "These individuals are seen on video committing egregious crimes against those who have devoted their lives to protecting the American people."
