Federal judge refuses to let Devin Nunes see secret deposition on Steele Dossier

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA) was denied the right to see sealed testimony in a South Florida court case involving the Trump-Russia investigation, reports the Fresno Bee.

The chairman of the House Intelligence Committee Chairman could not be trusted to see the documents with the judge agreeing with the the party which said it had "zero confidence" that Nunes would protect its confidentiality.
