TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Attorneys for the Florida Department of Health, school boards and parties such as the NAACP battled Thursday about whether state Surgeon General Scott Rivkees should give a deposition in a legal fight over Florida’s efforts to prevent school mask mandates.
