Fox News host Chris Wallace reveals more people showed up to Pete Buttigieg than any other they've hosted

Fox News host Chris Wallace revealed Sunday that the crowd wanting to participate in the Pete Buttigieg event was larger than any other town hall event they've hosted thus far.

Buttigieg also spoke openly about issues like abortion and the way people of color are treated in the United States today. As Buttigieg spoke about the way people of color are unfairly treated by the criminal justice system, some of the predominantly white audience could be seen nodding behind him.

Similarly, when it came time to discuss the recently passed laws restricting a woman's right to choose, Buttigieg explained that often the right-wing sets up questions about later term abortions to try and tear people apart on the issue. Less than 1 percent of women are forced into a situation like that, he explained. Some of these women "have already picked out a name or bought a crib," he said. Then they're given the most frightening news that they could die if they continue to carry their fetus to term.

"As horrible as that choice is, that woman, that family may seek spiritual guidance, they may seek medical guidance, but that decision is not going to be made any better, medically or morally, because the government is dictating how that decision should be made," he said.
