Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-UT) was pilloried on Twitter as he gave his farewell speech on the Senate Floor.

In his Wednesday farewell speech, Hatch lamented that the Senate committee process is in "shambles" and that regular order was a "thing of the past."

But as the Trump defender was lashing out at his Democratic colleagues, the Internet was lighting up with criticism of the outgoing Republican senator.
