A Georgia judge will hear arguments next week on whether or not a Donald Trump-co-defendant, accused by District Attorney Fani Willis of intimidating witnesses, should see his bond revoked, court records show.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee scheduled the hearing for Tuesday, one day after Willis, citing an appearance on conservative podcasts and social media posts, asked the court to revoke Harrison Floyd's bond.
"The defendant's actions demonstrate that he poses a significant threat of intimidating witnesses and otherwise obstructing the administration of justice in the future, making him ineligible for bond," Willis' motion said.
On Thursday, McAfee wasted no time in scheduling the hearing for Tuesday.
Floyd is required to appear before the court. He was the last of Trump's co-defendants to be granted bond in the election interference case.
