Hope Hicks may be forced to send her diary to the House Judiciary panel for document review

Former Trump aide Hope Hicks plans to send the House Judiciary Committee documents after they requested information from her — including and up to her personal diaries and journals.

CNN reported that Hicks has responded to a detailed letter from House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-NY) asking for "any personal or work diary, journal or other book containing notes, a record or a description of daily events" regarding Donald Trump, his 2016 campaign, the Trump Organization or the White House.

It's unclear what the documents the former Trump aide will send and if they will satisfy the panel's request, CNN noted.

The report noted that Hicks — one of the 81 individuals and entities the Democrat-controlled House panel subpoenaed earlier in the month as part of its investigation into potential abuses of power and obstruction of justice from the Trump White House — isn't the only former White House aide who's complying with the document requests.

Trump's former chief strategist Steve Bannon and former White House press secretary Sean Spicer are also complying, CNN and Politico reported.

Earlier in the day, Politico reported that the lobbying group run by Trump's disgraced former national security adviser Michael Flynn has also provided "several thousand" pages of documents to the panel.
