'I have two pages of tweets!' CNN panel laughs at Trump fan who says president isn't obsessed with Hillary

President Donald Trump keeps tweeting about former rival Hillary Clinton, despite the fact that it's been over a year since he defeated her in the 2016 presidential election.

During an interview with CNN's Brooke Baldwin on Monday, Trump backer Steve Rogers tried to claim that the president isn't actually obsessed with Hillary Clinton, but rather that Clinton is the one who's obsessed with him.

To make his claim, Rogers pointed out that Clinton recently criticized Trump at an event intended to honor former President Bill Clinton.

"She's at an event to honor her husband, 25 years since he was elected, what does she do?" he asked. "Instead of focusing in on the man she loves, she focused on the man she hates. Who is obsessed with who?"

Baldwin responded by noting that Trump has tweeted regularly about Clinton over the last month, despite the fact that she hasn't been in the news.

"I have two pages of tweets, all the mentions of Hillary Clinton, it's like 11 times last month," she said. "That's a lot of Hillary Clinton."

Rogers admitted that Trump did talk about Hillary a lot, but he still found it "refreshing" to have a president who openly says what's on his mind.

This prompted panelist Robby Mook, who had served as Clinton's campaign manager, to laugh in Rogers' face before slapping down Trump's anti-Hillary tweets as a pathetic ploy to distract from his own failures.

"He's in real trouble here," Mook said. "His party controls every aspect of the government and they can't seem to get anything done."
