Donald Trump's nomination of former Fox and Friends co-host Pete Hegseth to be the Defense Secretary has been in the headlines a lot recently, but there is another nominee that's even more concerning, a former Republican lawmaker said on Saturday.
Former Republican congressman Joe Walsh appeared on MSNBC over the weekend, where he was asked about Trump's choices for his Cabinet.
"As bad as Pete Hegseth is, he is not your top concern, is he?" the host asked Walsh.

"Tulsi Gabbard just scares the heck out of me, and we are not talking about her yet, because there have been so many bad picks," Walsh replied. "But, you are talking about putting someone in charge of our national intelligence, who has done nothing-- think about this-- nothing but push Putin's propaganda for the past 10 years."
He continued, saying that "the file I have been told on her is frightening."
"Senators, Jonathan, when it comes to both Hegseth and Tulsi Gabbard, are very protective of defense and national security," he added. "I think both of these two nominees are in a lot of trouble."
