Judge orders State Dept. to begin releasing new Clinton emails by Sept. 13

The U.S. State Department must begin releasing any new emails from Hillary Clinton's time as Secretary of State by September 13, a judge ordered on Thursday.

Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, has been criticized for using a private email address and server while she was U.S. Secretary of State from 2009-2013. The State Department has already released thousands of her emails.
