Keith Olbermann's worst person: Cop who fined old lady $100 for throwing away trash

In Keith Olbermann's nightly "Worst Persons" segment, one of New York's Finest caught Olbermann's eye as, well, not so fine.

Darbe Pitofsky, 83 and of New York's Upper East Side, was fined $100 for throwing away a paper bag of newspapers in a trash can on the street corner. These sidewalk trash bins are marked "not for home waste," but Olbermann was still miffed about the "sanitation sheriffs" fining Pitofsky.
