Kellyanne Conway reveals in tantrum Trump will condemn abortion at SOTU and not talk to women 'from the waist down'

White House counselor Kellyanne Conway revealed on Tuesday that she expects President Donald Trump to condemn abortion during his State of the Union Address.

Speaking to radio host Rush Limbaugh prior to the speech, Conway said that Democrats are "now for infanticide" because Democratic governors -- Gov. Ralph Northam (D-VA) and Gov. Andrew Cuomo (D-NY) -- support late-term abortion rights.

"It's an infant, it is not a smudge on a sonogram, it is not a polliwog, it is not uterine material, ladies and gentleman," Conway ranted. "It is an infant and this is what the modern Democratic Party is."

Limbaugh argued that the State of the Union Address is a "golden opportunity" for the president to bring up the topic of abortion, and he suggested that Gov. Northam's racist yearbook photo was an effort to "cover up" his abortion remarks.

"In New York, it's abortion, anyone, anytime, anywhere," Conway said. "That's now the law... [Democrats] will resist any law or regulations or restrictions on a -- quote -- woman's right to decide her reproductive freedoms."

"This is not America! That's not human rights!" she continued. "So, will the president mention it? Yes. I predict that he will."

Calling Trump "the most pro-life president," Conway remarked that she had rarely heard him "as animated" as he has been about Northam's abortion comments.

"Women's issues?" Conway exclaimed. "I'm so sick and tired of the Democratic Party talking to all of us women from the waist down only. The waist up is where my eyes, my ears, my mouth and my brain and my heart are! And this is a president who has called them out."
