Right-wing pastor: God will kill Joe Biden for giving Medal of Freedom to George Soros

Right-wing pastor Kent Christmas predicted God would kill President Joe Biden because he awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to liberal billionaire George Soros.

Christmas, a self-described prophet from Regeneration Nashville church, made the remarks during a Sunday sermon first reported by Right Wing Watch.

"This is what I believe the Lord is saying, because you've heard me say this, that there is a natural death that's getting ready to hit wicked people in this nation," the pastor told his congregation. "God help the man who gave a presidential Medal of Freedom honor to George Soros."

"I have to defend God's people today, hallelujah," he continued. "And I'm telling you, by the Spirit of the Lord, I hear God saying, they have thrown down the gauntlet."

"And God said, I'm going to turn the light out in the land of the wicked, and I'm going to turn the light on, hallelujah, in the land of the righteous."

Christmas warned that God would "remove those, hallelujah, who have sold their souls out to the enemy."

"And God said, you're going to begin to see wicked men begin to pass from the earth because I am doing something in the new day by the Spirit of the Lord to bring freedom unto the house of God," he added.

In a ceremony over the weekend, Biden awarded the Medal of Freedom to Soros and others, including Hillary Clinton, Bono, Michael J. Fox, and Jane Goodall.

"Through his network of foundations, partners, and projects in more than 120 countries, Soros has focused on global initiatives that strengthen democracy, human rights, education, and social justice," the White House said in a statement.
