Jake Tapper notes the Louisiana GOP will censure for impeachment, but not for leading the KKK

CNN's Jake Tapper on Saturday looked at the values of the Louisiana Republican Party after it voted to censure Sen. Bill Cassidy for voting to convict Donald Trump for inciting insurrection.

Following the impeachment vote, the organization released a statement saying its executive committee had unanimously voted to censure Cassidy.

On Twitter, Tapper noted that the same organization refused to censure state Rep. David Duke for leading the Ku Klux Klan.
