Maddow skewers UnSkewed Polls' new creation: 'Barack O'Fraudo'

Amid a segment on "things people are saying about the election that are not true, but it makes them feel better to say it anyway," MSNBC host Rachel Maddow on Tuesday night lampooned the founder of the UnSkewed Polls website.

The website, founded by conservative Dean Chambers, re-weighted national polls, alleging that pollsters across the nation were over-sampling Democratic voters. The "unskewed" polls generally predicted that Romney would win, but following Obama's victory Chambers admitted his "assumptions" about voters "were wrong."

His new assumption appears to be that Obama stole the election.

"Instead of disappearing into a shame hole of critical self-assessment, UnSkewedPolls.com has relaunched itself," Maddow said. "Ladies and gentlemen and others, the folks who brought you the wrongness of UnSkewed Polls now present 'Barack O'Fraudo.'"

The new website claims that Obama won because of voter fraud in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida. However, the website provides no evidence for these claims.

"The unskewed polls people know that President Obama stole them using voter fraud or something," Maddow quipped. "It's the states that are black, wink, wink, they were stolen. I would try to explain how they say the President stole them, but I don't speak crazy. Telling yourself things about politics to make yourself feel good feels good, I understand."
