Major corporations are spending big bucks to flee the chaos of a 'no-deal' Brexit England

A number of prominent companies are looking to move their operations out of the United Kingdom ahead of Brexit, reports Axios.

The start of the story is Dyson, the vacuum-maker, which is moving from the UK to Singapore.

James Dyson was what the Britons call a Brexiteer, loudly agitating for the UK to leave the EU. Dyson said he is "future-proofing" the vacuum maker's business.

The article also cited a survey that showed that more than half of the major financial institutions in the UK are "considering moving some of their operations and or staff out of the UK, thanks to Brexit."

Trump's trade war with China is also causing supply chain moves including shoemaker Steve Madden, which has announced it will "source 16% of its tariffed goods from countries other than China."
