Man arrested in stolen truck with guns, explosives, body armor

Law enforcement officials in Seattle announced on Thursday that they had arrested a Nevada resident carrying a cache of weapons, explosives and body armor in a stolen truck.
University of Washington police first noticed 21-year-old Justin Miles Jasper sleeping in the truck on Tuesday night near campus, according to KIRO. The truck did appear to be stolen at the time so the man was questioned and released, police said.
After Police learned that the truck had been stolen from Butte, Montana, police returned to find the man but he was no longer in the same area. He was later spotted on Wednesday at around 10:30 p.m. and arrested near Seattle Children's Hospital after a pursuit that police described as "high-risk," NBC News reported.
Police said that the truck also contained a stolen rifle with a scope, a stolen shotgun, less than 10 "very well made" Molotov cocktails and body armor.
University of Washington Police Chief John Vinson told reporters on Thursday that investigators "have no idea what his intentions are."
Jasper was being held on suspicion of of possessing an incendiary device. A bail hearing was expected on Friday afternoon.
