In an attack on Judge Arthur Engoron for his judgment in Donald Trump's New York fraud trial, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) argued that he should be fired from the judicial system entirely.
But the term she used is turning heads.
Posting on the social media site "X" on Thursday, Greene argued, "Judge Engeron (sic) should be disrobed and thrown out, he’s a disgrace!!"
It's unclear if she was confused with the term "defrocking," used when members of holy orders are dismissed.
Removed judges are typically impeached. Others elected to office can be voted out. Members of the Bar Association can also be disbarred. Thus far, no judge has been thrown out of office by being "disrobed."
Influencer JoJoFromJerz mocked Greene, saying, "Ok, Marjorie Taylor Greene is taking her p-rn obsession too far now. First, it was Hunter’s d--k pics and now she wants to see Judge Engoron disrobed????"

The post harkened back to Greene's obsession with nude photos of Hunter Biden, which she blew up to poster size and showed in Congress.
"Disrobed?! Damn Marge, the Hunter d--k pics aren’t enough for you?" asked Scotty Barr.
Several people pointed out that the term she's looking for is "disbarred."
"This is what happens when you get your degree from Trump University," said Dennis Jackson.
Conspiracy theory expert Mike Rothschild thinks that Greene makes mistakes on purpose because it increases viewership to her posts.
"Reminder that MTG writes things like 'Judge Engoron should be disrobed' because she wants engagement, and knows that putting dumb typos in the first line of a tweet will ensure liberals share it to dunk on her," he wrote. "She excels at getting attention and trending."
"MTG tweeted that Judge Engoron should be 'disrobed' for undervaluing Mar-a-Lago. Lauren Boebert immediately asked if she could disrobe him at a matinee of Beetlejuice," cracked Paul Rudnick.
