Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) is not through throwing a hissy fit over the House Republicans who voted in favor of the bipartisan infrastructure deal.
According to CNN'sMelanie Zanona, Greene on Tuesday attacked GOP leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) for not punishing the 13 Republicans who voted in favor of the infrastructure deal.
"It's a complete failure," she fumed.
Greene then demanded that any Republicans who voted for the bill be stripped of their committee assignments, and she singled out Rep. John Katko (R-NY) for criticism because of his place as the ranking member of the House Homeland Security Committee.
"What's a guy up in New York have to do with Homeland Security?" she asked incredulously. "Shouldn't it be someone down along the border?"
In fact, the House Homeland Security Committee was formed after the 9/11 terrorist attacks in which terrorists hijacked planes and flew them into the World Trade Center in New York City.
Greene earlier this year was stripped of her committee assignments due to her past statements supporting the execution of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, as well as her conspiracy theories about numerous school shootings being "false flag" operations.
