'I knew that was coming from you': Andy Biggs busts Matt Gaetz for creepy sexual comment

Only days before news broke that Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) was accused of attending a party with a 17-year-old girl, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) called out the Florida lawmaker for a creepy sexual remark.

During an interview on Gaetz's Firebrand podcast, Biggs complained about Americans who went to Mexico to have surgeries.

"So I know people who go to Tijuana for big surgeries, they don't stay in the States, they will go to Tijuana for, you know, you name it, any cosmetic surgery of some kind, maybe it's a lap band surgery, they will go to Tijuana," Biggs said.

"If someone told me they got a Tijuana lap band I wouldn't even think it was a surgery," Gaetz quipped with a grin. "I would assume it was something else."

"You know what, I knew that was coming from you," Biggs shot back.

Just days later, NOTUS reported that unsealed court records accused Gaetz of having "attended a drug-fueled sex party in 2017 with the 17-year-old girl at the center of the alleged sex trafficking scandal."
