Michael Flynn's lawsuit looks like a copy and paste job because all of his info is outdated
Michael Flynn filed a lawsuit Tuesday against the House Select Committee investigating the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The committee has called Flynn along with others involved in the lies surrounding the 2020 election.
When he was subpoenaed by the committee, Flynn launched his own lawsuit, naming Speaker Nancy Pelosi, along with the leaders on the Jan. 6 committee like Reps. Liz Cheney (R-WY), Bennie Thompson (D-MS), Adam Schiff (D-CA), Jamie Raskin (D-MD), Zoe Lofgren (D-CA), Elaine Luria (D-VA), Pete Agular (D-CA), Stephanie Murphy (D-FL) and Adam Kinzinger (R-IL).

One of his biggest problems, however, is that he's using outdated information to file his suit. It prompted Politico legal affairs
reporter Josh Gerstein to question when the suit was crafted. Tweeting on Wednesday, Gerstein noted that the lawsuit "reads like it's been on the shelf for a while." It cites 500+ people charged in attacking the U.S. Capitol, even though the number, at this point, is over 700.
"And mentions arguments in Trump v. Thompson on Nov. 30, but not the decision adverse to Flynn's side on Dec. 9," he said.
Flynn joins with two other allies to former President Donald Trump, including Scott Perry and radio host Alex Jones.
