Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) escalated her feud with Rep. Cory Mills (R-FL) by accusing him of "stolen valor" after he derailed her effort to censure Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) over remarks about Charlie Kirk.
The conflict between the two Republicans began after Mace said Mills stifled free speech by voting against the resolution to censure Omar.
On Monday, Mace continued her attack on Mills with a series of posts on X.
"Beginning to think nothing Cory Mills says is true," Mace wrote. "This guy has been parading himself around as some sort of U.S. Army special ops covert Ranger sniper James Bond 007 elite commando for years and it's not even remotely close."
"He fabricated his resume, and stole stories from men who either gave their life for their country and can't speak now or can't speak for themselves due to their injuries," she continued. "Total Stolen Valor. And this guy sits on the House Armed Service committee?"
In another post, Mace said Mills had a "screw loose and shouldn't be on Foreign Affairs or the House Armed Services Committee."
"Cory Mills is now 'blowing' me up over text. He even sent a photo saying he was injured in a blast showing blood on his pants," she added. "The blood, however, is of another soldier who was actually blown up ('allegedly')."
"Cory Mills is highly regarded. And totally stolen valor."
