Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel perform blazing version of 'Les Miserables' duet

In an appearance together on "Inside the Actor's Studio," actors Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel were asked by a member of the audience to reprise their famous duet of the song "Confrontation" from the musical "Les Miserables."

The actors tore into the song, bringing the audience to their feet for a standing ovation.

The two originally performed a few lines from the show tune during a 2006 appearance on "The Megan Mullally Show."

The actors were appearing on "Actor's Studio" alongside their cast mates to promote the season finale of the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother."
