CNN correspondent Nic Robertson said he was forced to leave the scene of terrorist killings in Israel because he was "overcome by the smell" of death.
Robertson on Monday visited the aftermath of a music festival in Re'im, Israel, where terrorists murdered dozens of innocent people.
After examining bullet-ridden vehicles, Robertson noted that some Israelis had fled to a bomb shelter.

"You mentioned this before about the shelters, the bomb shelters, these brightly painted concrete bunkers here for people to go hide in when there's danger close, when the rockets are coming," the correspondent said. "And as I step inside here, you're overcome by the smell."

"And what is clear that happened here, people came in here to get shelter," he added. "There's gunshots and impacts all over the wall. I don't think we'll go in too far, John, if we just step out and let me describe what we're seeing. Because it is a very horrific testimony to the absolute carnage, rampage, and utter, utter brutality of Hamas."
