Nine people were wounded in a shooting in a downtown Cleveland nightlife district early Sunday morning, police said. One person suffered serious injuries, according to Cleveland Police Chief Wayne Drummond. The other eight victims suffered non-life-threatening wounds. No suspects have been arrested.
