Fox's Chris Wallace bursts viewers' bubble: Trump's Mueller problems will last beyond 2020

There is a lot of anticipation surrounding Special Counsel Robert Mueller's release of his report detailing findings of Russia interference into the 2016 election.

The report is not  expected to be released to the Justice Department next week, as reported, but Fox News Sunday anchor Chris Wallace said that the aftermath of the findings will prolong well into 2020.

"Regardless of what [ Attorney General William Barr] decides, this isn't going to be the end of it," Wallace said. "If he doesn't release everything, the House Democratic Chairmen will try to subpoena the report, Mueller, and subpoena Bill Barr to get everything."

"Adam Schiff, Chair of the House Intelligence Committee is talking about other issues that haven't been covered by the Mueller report. Like questions of financial dealings between the Trump organization and Russia that he says he's going to pursue in any case," he said.

"So this is going to be an issue up to and through the 2020 presidential election," Wallace concluded.
