Oregon cattle ranchers pardoned by Trump fly home on private jet owned by cattle conglomerate

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump pardoned the Oregon father and son who set fire to federal lands in protest over grazing rights for their cattle. Their crime became a rallying cry for right-wing militias, who saw their prosecution as federal government overreach.

By pardoning the Oregon ranchers, critics said, Trump was sending a dangerous signal and emboldening right-wing militias.

On Wednesday, the brothers flew home—on a private jet "owned by Lucas Oil Products dba Lucas Cattle Co," reported JJ MacNab on Twitter.

"According to one of the 3%ers involved in the Malheur takeover, Forrest Lucas (Protect the Harvest) provided material support to the militants," she continued.
