Ousted Republican Congresswoman trashes Matt Gaetz as 'an embarrassment'

Former Republican Rep. Barbara Comstock (R-VA) was ousted in 2018, but since her fall, she seems to have developed the bravery to attack her fellow party members.

In a Wednesday evening tweet, Comstock struck out against Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), who attempted to intimidate former Donald Trump "fixer" Michael Cohen.

Comstock's comments came as a retweet of Fox News host Brit Hume.

"This is revolting. Cohen may be a sleaze but this is getting down on his level, or below it," he said, linking to the now-deleted Gaetz tweet.

Comstock called the controversial Congressman "an embarrassment."
