If it would cost $15 million to see whether or not any of 16,000 e-mails e-mailed one e-mail address, why not check the one e-mail address instead?
Or, wait...is that not...oh. Oooohhh! I get it!
(Incidentally, I'm in general favor of laws that allow recourse against ridiculous public records requests. But a fifteen million dollar charge for checking e-mails that went to a single account is quite possibly the dumbest out I've ever seen anyone try to take. Out of anything. That includes every episode of Cops and Cheaters, too.)
