Obama Bans His Muslim Starlight Brotherhood From Recruiting; Conservatives...Angry?

A provision within the new GIVE Act (national volunteerism) bans people in the program from engaging in religious activity as a part of the program. It's a rather inoffensive provision; a government program is not being set up to subsidize private religious activity. You can still go to church on your own time, believe in and worship whatever God you NO YOU CAN'T FASCISM!

The Bill would forbid any student in the brigade to participate in “engaging in religious instruction, conducting worship services, providing instruction as part of a program that includes mandatory religious instruction or worship, constructing or operating facilities devoted to religious instruction or worship, maintaining facilities primarily or inherently devoted to religious instruction or worship, or engaging in any form of religious proselytization.” That means no church attendance or witnessing.

It does. While you're on the government's clock. Which will not be 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It's pretty much the same restriction I had working for the government, when I was unable to share the holy writ of the Cosmos Panda with my coworkers.
