'He is president!' MAGA pundit argues with New Yorker over whether Trump is president

A pundit for a right-wing pro-MAGA news network argued to a New Yorker that Donald Trump "is the president."

During a broadcast outside Trump's hush money trial in New York, Real America's Voice's Ben Bergquam referred to the former president as "President Trump."

A person passing by informed the reporter that Trump was not the president.

"He is President Trump!" Bergquam exclaimed. "He'll always be President Trump. He is the president. And he's going to be president again."

"It doesn't matter what happens in there," he said, pointing at the courthouse.

"He's no more president than Obama is president," the New Yorker replied.

"You can call Obama president," Bergquam responded.
