MSNBC barred from Rittenhouse courtroom after person claiming to work for the outlet allegedly follows jurors

As jurors continue to deliberate the fate of Kyle Rittenhouse, the judge in the trial announced this morning that he'd received a report that an alleged MSNBC reporter was following jurors, possibly trying to get a picture of them.
"We've received a report this morning from the Kenosha Police Department that last evening... a person who identified himself as a James J. Morrison, who claimed that he is a producer with NBC News -- employed by MSNBC -- and under the supervision of a person named Irene Byon... the police stopped him because he was following in the distance of ... they pulled him over and inquired about that was going on and he gave that information," Judge Bruce Schroeder said.
According to a statement released by Kenosha Police, a person "who is alleging to be affiliated with a national media outlet was briefly taken into custody and issued several traffic related citations."
"Police suspect this person was trying to photograph jurors. This incident is being investigated much further," the statement added.
Judge Schroeder said no employee of MSNBC will be allowed in the building until the matter is investigated thoroughly.
"This is a very serious matter, and I don't know what the ultimate truth of it is, but absolutely, it would go without much thinking that someone was following a jury bus," Schroeder said.
