"Drunk already, Dr. Feelgood?"
That was just one of the responses to Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) early Friday after Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis was given the go-ahead to proceed with prosecuting Donald Trump — and the GOP lawmaker proceeded to pitch a fit on X.
Jackson, the former White House doctor who famously said the former president was at peak health in 2018 and then added, "He has incredibly good genes, and it’s just the way God made him," has been in the news lately after having been demoted by the Navy for his "inappropriate" behavior in the Trump administration.
Having also been accused of freely handing out pills during his tenure, commenters on X were ready when Jackson went off on what one person called a "rage word salad."

Following the ruling from Judge Scott McAfee that Willis can proceed with her 2020 election RICO case despite concerns surrounding a romantic relationship with her lead prosecutor, Jackson quickly took to X and ranted, "Another POLITICALLY MOTIVATED Judge!! Fani Willis should be DISBARRED, her boyfriend prosecutor should be FIRED, and ALL CHARGES NEED TO BE DROPPED! Americans are SICK of these endless Witch Hunts! ELECTION INTERFERENCE!!"
That led one critic to respond, "Friday Happy Hour is CLEARLY well underway early for Ronny."

There was more where that came from for X users well aware of Jackson's background.
"Judge says no evidence that Willis' benefits from Wade were a factor in election interference case," Viva XY patiently explained to the Republican from Texas.
"Ease up on the self medication, it’s making you see things that aren’t there," suggested one critic, with another noting news of Jackson's demotion and adding, "Poor Captain is raging today."
Responding to his accusation against Willis, Dr. Ginny McDonald advised, "Well she wasn't and the case continues. #LockHimUp."
"Don't you have more "candy" to prescribe with your time? You seem more adept at doing that than knowing the law. There obviously was no conflict established here. Bad judgment - yes, but no conflict," wrote Gerald Just Geraldo.
"Judge McAfee was appointed by REPUBLICAN Governor Brian Kemp," New Yorker wrote before asking," Did you open your medicine cabinet early today?"
James Comer Pyle linked to a recent report that did not show the GOP lawmaker in a positive light.
